for all our extensions we have CF no answer set to the APDL of the UCMC. when calls hit those extensions directly it goes to VM if no answer. if calls come in on the auto attendant it goes back to CCR if no answer. i think the reason is the calls comes back as the library # instead of the extension. if there a solution to this? i believe i can use private librarys for each extension that point to the APDL with *(extension) as the dial number?

You can do extension remapping if you are sending calls to library...
In Extension Remapping, put the Library number and remap it to the mailbox number of the user.. TADA!!!

not that simple. thats a one to one mapping. going through the AA the caller may dial any of 100 extensions.

You could always just use supervised xfer on the mailboxes also. It would be interesting to see some more info like ucmc version, tadiran version, networked not networked, using alternate line appearances, what the call flow is into the ucmc from the DID or trunk.
I mean, it SHOULD just go into the mailbox through the APDL forwarding unless there is something strange going on.

I have forwarded this on the Tadiran, but with the move they are being slow to respond.

Might want to call a Tadiran dealer in your area and get it looked at.

You will need to get a monitor etc hooked up to the card. You need to watch as it happens. This will narrow it down. There are a zillon things it could be, some os, some hardware, some software. Chances are at the end of the day you'll need to get someone that can get tadiran support on it.
