In bound calls do not get ringing while the phone is rining. I have RMP software but I am only familiar with Nortel equipment. It seems Sprint has it's own terminology. Also, I can't seem to change the number of rings before VM answers a CO/Inbound call. It was set at 6rings before and after a power outage it is at 2 rings. I have tried changing UCD settings. I have cleared any call fwd no answ, yet it still picks up on 2 rings. Any help will be appreciated. I am bringing the 5lb hammer soon to make some final tweaks to this system.

Ok, I was able to change the System Preset Forward Timer to get the right number of rings. I am still stumnped as to why the caller does not hear a ring when calling into the Sprint Protege.
