Looking to use Monetsoftware to integrate to our Tadiran, currently we are using traditional ACD with the CCJET. They pull data every 15 seconds, as of yet they have not worked with Tadiran. They typically with other systems extract data via IP or DLL. Does anyone know if it is possible to pull the data from CCJET in real time for an application like this? Or does anyone know of a product that performs a similar function?

No we need to keep the CCJET it is a real time viewer as well as pulls the reports. Just heard about this project last night that mgmt wants to implement. Not really sure the driving force behind this, the Jet has several reports that are generated and we have them set up print to pdf and store on a network drive currently. I believe the thought process is to have something that can trend what the call volume is and predict how many agents will be needed on Day X of week 3 based on prior calls. Other than that have never heard of an application like this, been doing phones and call center applications for 20 years. HAve you ever heard of something like this or implemented something like this?

If I am not mistaken the CCJET can show you the amount of Agents you should have for the call volumn of a particular day or maybe that was the Oaisys on Toshiba?

I just found out this is for a larger project, they want this data sent out in raw form as well as data from our chat system, and imaging system so that based on all 3 areas they can staff accordingly. so the question now is can we duplicate the data that is sent to the CCJET by just attaching another APDL to their server and feeding the same data to them. This company has not yet worked with Tadiran, i asked them how they integrate with TOshiba as im very familiar with Toshiba, they extract the data from Taske (Toshiba's CCJET) so can we either pull the raw data or just extract it from CCJET

Depending on whether you are using the MAP card I think you can use iapa to stream this via IP.
