Is it possible to edit a transaction box greeting from a telephone rather than using a the administration software? If so, how?

Yes..but much harder. You have to go into the mailbox that that TBOX is assigned to as the owner. You then have to leave a message for that TBOX. To toggle between name and number use ##. It is pretty straight forward after that.
