I would like to use the 1 key dialing feature so our auto-attendant greeting can transfer a caller to a given internal extension (or boss group-- when the caller presses (2)for example.
When I type one particular extension into the 1 key dialing field, the call goes straight into this person's voicemail.
I want the system to actually ring her extension and then dump into the operator voicemail box instead of the user's mailbox.

What voicemail are you using. There are several versions of the CMC out there.
