I have one extension I cannot get the speakerphone to work on. Phone model number is a 120d. The speaker works, but appears as if the mic is on mute. I have tried swapping phones, and it didn't help.

Look at your keyset definitions EKT 0 201 201 mic and change it to Y (Replace 201 with the extension number you are troubleshooting)

To use a headset or rather to enable the hookflash to be controlled (with no handset in the cradle) by the Speaker button. You'd want :
EKT 0 XXX XXX SPKR_ON and change it to Y
Note : If you place the handset back in the cradle you can still use the speaker button to turn the speaker phone on and off.

Thanks Dustin, that worked. I looked all through that programming for what may be causing the problem, and somehow missed that mic flag on the keyset definition. I appreciate the help
