I need help accessing a Bizfon telephone system that was taken in on trade. I want to reset the voice mail to a generic greeting and be able to record my own. Yes I know I'm suppose to be a genius but that is for Toshiba, NEC Amanda and most voice mail systems... can anyone help me out? ------------------ Phone Genius https://www.phonesbyasap.com

Pick up the handset at any Bizfon and press Settings then dial 200 and hope there isn't a password.

while on the subject of bizfon. What are other tech's opinion on that system? A couple of years back I looked in to becoming a dealer and bought a demo. I sent it back I was so disappointed. i've heard it has improved, but it needs much improvement for me to consider selling.

Well I've put in about 20 of them but I didn't sale them, they got them off the internet from a company that was almost giving them away. They seemed to work fine and set up very easy but I really didn't care for them either especaly having to have a power supply for each phone. But that was a few years ago so I really can't tell you about the newer ones, perhaps they have improved.

Qty P/N Description Unit Ext. 1 BIZ-1680 Bizfon 680 Control Unit 1899.00 1899.00 4 BIZ-0540 BizTouch 2 phones 99.00ea 396.00 1 BIZ-1515 Professional Voice Recording 119.00 Sub Total 2414.0 This is off their website https://www.bizfon.com/solutions.htm . To me this is not priced right . For the same price you can get a good system. Honestly I'am surprised they are still in business

not trying to bad mouth bizfon ,like dtmf said maybe they have improved! I could sell a NEC ds1000 with an expansion card, 4-port intramail ,And (3) 22 button displays for 2,414.00 and still come out good.

I looked at there site and it doesn't show if you still need a power supply for each set?

https://www.bizfon.com/biztouch2.htm If you scroll down to where it says "includes". AC adapter (required to support speakerphone, Caller ID and visual indictor light) I assuming you could use the phones without the adapter not sure though.
