I have a phone which is exhibiting strange (to me) behavior and was hoping someone could help me understand why.
I adjust the volume during an outgoing call to MAX. Hang up the phone. The next time I grab an outside line, its dropped back down to Volume 07.
Any ideas why it would default back, or how to program it always to be at MAX volume? I've looked all through the IOT with no luck.
Thank you in advance for any ideas.

I would think that the volume "memory" would be in the system memory not the set.You could try the phone but I'm thinking a different extension port may be the answer.

Actually, PVJ is correct. Best practice is to swap out the station card that the phone is on. I have this all of the time with the 15750 cards, especially rev E. Within a week or two of the first complaint, I'll get a second and a third from users attached to the same station card. Save your time and fuel and just swap out the card.
If you can read this, you're in range.
