Welcome to the boards, If you have Procomm or a terminal program and password to the system it's really easy. If not you will need someone to help you. I can help remotely if you don't. If you do you will go the the "A" screen get the first extension you want on the screen hit "K" for Keys and go to the key you want to be line 3 type 9003 on that button hit enter. hit "E" for extension and type the next extension you want to program repeat until you have them all done. Take the line and attach it to line 3 in your system Randy p.s. feel free to e-mail or call my info is in my profile

uhem... the button would be simply 3 (or 0003), not 9003. Mike

Mike Thanks got distracted in the middle of the response meant to put 9003 in as a way to test the trunk for connectivity to the system
