She has a IDS 108 with a 432 ECPU using CVM

we do have the IDS 108 with a 432 ECPU using CVM in our North County office.
We also have an Executone IDS 228 in our San Diego office. Under version it shows: Eclipse 2.5.1. The 2 offices are connected together by a T1 for transfering calls between offices.

On the problem you are having, I have seen this when the back plane does not make good contact with the card. Did you try moving the card to a different open card slot?

We were able to fix it, by changing the power supply. Everything is in good working order again for awhile. Thank you everyone.
