I have a clinet who asked.
Felt like saying get with the program and ugrade as all I see is refurb on the net but perhaps I missed the good stuff so want to make sure if they are still around and making/supporting systems???
Been in this business 20 years, never seen one before but recalled the name awhile back.

Gone. Was last taken over by inter-tel. Depending on your area, in the phila area, you can still get support from BlackBox.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Yes support is still out there. BBOX is one.
But not being made any more. Which is a shame as it is a good system for small companies. Alot of features that other systems cannot do without added expense. One of the reasons Inter-Tel put it in the barn!!
