Hi Everyone,
I've been servicing some IDS systems for a client, and one of their locations is in Harrisburg PA (installed by Executone of Camp Hill). The system is reaching end of life, and we'll be replacing it soon, but I'd really like to backup the programming and be braced for any surprises - we just replaced some station cards and such things, and the last thing I want is to have to re-program this beast if a CPU goes down.
I've gotten the Level7 password, but cannot crack (or find) the Level8 - can anyone on this forum shed light on what it might be? PM me - thanks.

It is likely that I was the original installer of, or have serviced that system. PM me with site name and I'll send you whatever I can find.

I thought the IDS's only went to Level8? But for the record, I did try (what I considered "theoretical") Level 9/10 Passwords.

Im looking for Level 10 access on an old IDS 432 Eclipse 3.0.0. I recently took over an Executone IDS432 that i am locked out of. I have tried several that i can remember, including what i know to be level 9, but im not having any luck. Can anyone assist ?
