Customer has new PRI installed. System 2.5.0, PRI 1.2, software. Using Senderized Digit Options as they do not have LCR.
Issue is when they call out to an auto attendant the dial pad is disabled until they dial ##. LCR Centrex option is set to Y so system will not start dialing after 7 digits when calling a area code without 1 or 0 as middle digit. (Normal). Have tried several things and believe this is software issue. All debugs turned on no help. Any thoughts?

I'd find a set of ECL3.0 software and see if that fixes it. I've had customers with PRI using senderized digits and don't remember this trouble. However, they were likely on 3.0. Good luck!

mforrence. That is my thoughts as well. Going to try 2.5.1 as the person doing the install has that handy. I advised him I think it's software related as well as I have tried every trick I know to get the issue resolved. But don't have a list of software bugs that were in 2.5.0

Results: It was not software bug 3.0 didn't correct. Issue was with T1 type setting which isn't suppose to have anything to do with PRI and it's even low lighted in the System programming screen.
Found last 11 channels were set to DA1 once changed to Tie it corrected issue. Go figure?

dkniheu - you would be best to start a new thread for this. You may want to also ask a more specific question. If you're starting with no knowledge of the product, you'd be well served by finding a local tech to assist as there are many things that must happen to make a new PRI function. Good luck

mc601. the type is blanked out or dim, it does not function on PRI. so I am not sure if this was your issue. I have at leat 100 PRI circuits running out there. Did you set the debug code for PRI?
Let me know how that is working out.

See note from 7/9 that is what fixed issue. And yes that is blanked out and suppose to not have effect but it does?
