Is it possible to disable outgoing phone calls from certain extensions after a certain time?

Also, how do you reduce the number of rings before the auto attendant pickup? TOO MANY RINGS

AXXESS SYSTEM

What version is this AXXESS?

The only way to disable an extension from dialing out at a certain time would be to deny outgoing axxess on that extension in NIGHT mode. Then to deny the station you would put the system in NIGHT mode. But this probably isnt going to solve your problem.

To reduce the number of rings before the AA picks up depends on where the trunks ring into. If the trunks ring into a HUNT GROUP, then you would adjust the RECALL timer in the HUNT GROUP. If your trunks are programmed to directly ring into a station then were going to have to play with a few other timers.

I wonder if this suggestion is too late, but have you considered account codes?
