Error 101 means that you have either a bad phone, bad station wiring, bad cord, bad connection, or the port is bad. On that display, if I remember correctly, it only shows the alarm code and not the station producing the alarm. If thats true your going to have to ask around to see if anyones phone is resetting itself or download the error log through database programming to find out the bad extension.

that happened at my mom's work. they have an AXXESS v4.4 and the receptionist phone got a minor alarm and code 101 call tech. The custodian just unplugged the system (go figure) and it was fine. Obviously that is not the right way to clear an alarm. Is there a code that you can enter on the phone that the alarm comes up on to clear it?

Yes to clear an alarm dial code 9850. This only clears the message from the screen. The technician still needs to find out what is causing the problem.

I am getting a sys alarm 101 call technician error now as well. The only difference is that the phone system starts to drop calls until error is reset. Nothing is logging directly to the monitor hooked directly to phone system.. Any ideas?

You should have started a new thread but we will let ya slide this time. So your system is an Axxent as well or do you have an Axxess. The monitor is what, a programming PC connected to the system or is it the monitor thats attched to the OS/2 voicemail, need more info. How do you know the whole system drops, is everyone expiriencing the same problem at the same time or is it just one phone?
