atlascomm, Just have your guy plug the music into the system and it should work. By default, the programming is set to go.

Yea, I have it working but the Volume is VERY low, I had tried 2 different input sores with the same end result. I have also tried a shielded cable but no luck as of yet… L
But thank all of you for the info….

If it is the volume of the on hold music, you must turn the volume up on the source. If it is the volume of the Background music on the phone, turn the volume up on the phone.

So Sorry, I work on the Axxent everyday, and know nothing about MOH. Try to connect a radio or tape player to it and check volume, the motherboard could be bad as there are not any volume controls on the Axxent system for MOH.

I know this is a little late but i have a Sprint Protege book and i can make you a copy and mail it to you if you still need it. The system must be programed with a laptop....
will</font> Is the laptop only needed on the larger MTX and LTX? I thought I read somewhere the 616 is programmed through a display phone. Is the software available? The reason I ask is because now I have a potential customer with multiple protege's. The customer has had problems in the past and they want to replace the systems sometime. But until then I am going to go check things out and I kinda want to know alittle something about them.
