We have an inter-Tel model Executive Digital terminal phone where the time shows on the face plate along with the location, etc. The time is off and I can not find out how to change it from the manual. Please help?

Go to extension 100 or whatever the recep/operator phone is. Dial 9800 (dont lift handset) just dial 9800. The screen should show the date. If this is correct dial/press the # button. Next is the time, use the "mute" button to back up the blinking cursor and enter correct time. The screen will then show 1 for am and 2 for pm. Enter accordingly and its complete.
Edited: By the way, if you have voicemail (axxent talk) it will change this time as well.

If you do it from a station you will need an extension with administrative privileges, you will press the feature code key (infinity symbol or sideways 8) enter the feature code i.e. 9800 and follow the prompts. Good time to practice up if yours does not recognize daylight savings.

My guess was the feature code key was not being used before dialing 9800 so I included that info, where is the any key again?
