We are evaluating an Axxess system for a call center with 20 seats initially with expected growth to 80 agents in the next couple of years. Our primary experience is with Avaya, but it is very pricey and the entry level call center software is very limited. We have been quoted a CPC 256 with an 8 port VPU, Agent Call Center Solution, Intelligent Router and the Unified Communicator. Any options on this board or e-mailed privately are appreciated.

Yes, The Inter-Tel product will work great for a Call Center. And it can be easily expanded. A great Choice.

I work on several customers with Call Center Suite on an Inter-Tel, very little service calls and have yet to here a complaint from any of my customers that I service. They are all satisfied with the reports. The call center package and the ease of use makes all the difference.
