What is the procedure to default a premier 12/24 system? And once defaulted will it come up with lines in place and have at least one phone ring? This is a follow up to my thread on getting rid of ARS & Toll Restriction. Customer just wants the thing back to plain old key system for his last couple of weeks at this location.

you can erase the whole database from the terminal screen once you sign on.....
once its defaulted you have to program each port with what type of terminal it is equipped with.....
Nothing will ring on default as its looking for equipped stations......
SUGGESTION...if you have no experience with this piece of junk system, I would steer clear as the Premier has a very flaky database and especially since its old the CPU battery is probably history....
If ya got further ???'s about this nightmare of a system feel free to email me........BUT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE I would rather you try to sell the customer a REAL PHONE SYSTEM....
