Anyone here know TASKE? I am attempting to install it on Axxess 5.1-19 and know very little about it. Have got the TASKE Contact, with 2 supervisors and 25 agents. Seems the loading onto server is easy enough, but not sure of anything for supervisors or agents, or connecting into the Axxess. Please reply here or in e-mail. It is pretty easy to install - just a lot of data entry as you have to manually add all of your Agent ID's.
