My system is currently 8.201 - and I know know you are up to 8.225 - How do I upgrade from 8.201 to 8.255 - is there a cost?

Because you are already at 8.2x you should be able to download/install the latest software from the web site. There is no cost to this process and no new license is required.

if you have access to the private side of the inter-tel web site, then you can download it. if you do not, you will have to contact a local reseller for a copy of the software.
enhancements include: hunt group agents seeing Calls Waiting notification while in DND, better DTMF control for IP devices, support for future products & fewer system resets due to programming changes, i.e. Changing ACD agent IDs.
• Changing extension numbers (this includes any extension number, not just UCD/ACD,
such as station, trunk group, etc.)
