Customer has UM installed (2.212 on desktop) and they love it. Switch is running 8.224. They have a T1-PRI that they use for outgoing calls. UM will send a fax if Outgoing Access in Voice processor/Fax-On-Demand is set to trunk group for T1-PRI (92001). It will NOT send if set to ARS. On previous UM installs with ARS, we always had to change the flag 'Toll Digit Required on Toll Long Distance'under System/Numbering Plan/Area Flags to a no for ARS to work. It doesn't seem to make any difference on this site. Any suggestions on what to try to make ARS function with outbound faxing would be greatly appreciated.

Go into Avdap Mon and open it. This is on the voice mail itself. Watch the screen and preform a fax watch what the screen shows for the dialed number with the 92001 and with ARS which I am assuming is 92000. This should tell you what is being added and what is being deleted in the dial string. Providers are picky with PRI's they sometimes echo toll fields and other things. The Avdap Mon will tell you right awa if its a error with the programming or the provider.

Thanks, Kevin. Will give that a shot and see where the problem really is.
