I was unable to attend today. The 11:00AM to 1:00PM time frame is our busiest time of the day, so there's no way I can duck out for that amount of time during those hours.

Something else that concerned me, was I got a e-mail Thursday after the webinar from X-Blue saying that they only had (7) X-16 systems in stock and I needed to place an order ASAP.
What happens when you have a system go down and need replacement parts overnight and not within 4 to 6 weeks?

That's a legitimate concern. My guess is that they are victims of their own success. We've sure helped them gain a larger following for sure, so maybe the increase in sales volume just caught them off-guard. Time will have to tell.

They are having finding "bugs" in the voice mails. I have a XPlus 100 on back order and a client that is HOT.
