Ernie and the people at X-Blue are top notch!
Ordered the system on Monday and I got the phones yesterday. Should have the system today...
Awesome Customer Service from X-Blue.

Well, I had an out of box failure on the KSU... Apparently there are a bad batch of KSU's...
Got a replacement the next day installed it, and the 308 card wouldn't work. I could press the CO ports for 4-6 and get dial tone for a split second then it would be no dice for dialing or anything. Renell at X-blue had me install two 308 cards but still use the first 308 ports. Everything is working fine now. No issues from the system.. Just wondering if I should change it out for an actual 6-16 or leave it as a 9-24... I really like the people at X-Blue... Very fast and understanding... Easy to work with.

What did the cust order and pay for, 6-16 or 9-24? Sorry to hear of the problems. I've had no out of box failures.
