Hi, does anyone get complaints about the headset jack on the side of the phone transmitting low volume (caller can't hear 45p user). Using a plantronics mini phone adapter(cellular) to H91 top. Tried cellular headset as well, different phone, same problem. Any way to adjust transmit volume? Everything points to the phone... Not sure if this is something Tecom needs to fix/update. Otherwise it is not usable and we have to do the M12 base via handset jack, or go wireless with lifter.. Thanks

Adjust xmit volume under CO programming. Don't set it too high or the vmail might have trouble decoding incoming DTMF.
Low headset volume is not an issue with the 45P to my knowledge. I have a very large number of these systems out with a variety of 1/8" headsets with no reported issues.
