Two questions:
Can the MOH be turned off without adding a external source?
Can the reception and copy room phones be programmed to ring before going to AA, while a 3rd phone does not ring on incoming calls?
I will try this later when I program the system. I just wondered if anyone knew this now.

Thanks. I also got an email from Paul L. confirming this. The customer “heard on the internet†that the MOH was no good. Quote Paul "you can disable it in System programming, just set MOH To External and it goes away."
I'm guessing that if 1 of 3 extensions is programmed not to ring on incoming calls, It will ring if transfered from another extension or AA.

Also got this from Paul:
"Any call that is transferred to an extension will ring that extension regardless of the extensions ring assignment. This was actually something that we fixed in the Version 2.0 software. If you remember, version 1.0 did not ring on transfer if the extension was programmed not to ring."

I see that XBlue has a cordless phone. Is it compatible with the x16 or just for the 45 or 100?
