I have Version 8.0 software and trying to call into a Axxess system with the same, I don't have the right settings on my PC to make the conections, 8 N 1 is what I have set, I have tried but no luck, Help!

what baud rate are you trying? keep it at 9600. have you programmed the cpc modem yet? Default is x.1500. The modem can be setup as a ring-in destination, voice mail extension ID and transfer destination. what type circuit are you trying to access it - analog or digital?
