Hi, we've just upgraded to Axxess 9.0. Does anyone know how to forward a phantom device to an external number?

Thank you,

Patty

You would have to connect a phone to the 'phantom' device and forward it, then you can unplug the phone.

you could also use the 359 feature code and perform a manual transfer or add a system forwarding path to this under the Phantom settings in DB studio.
