Had an issue yesterday that I couldn't solve with a simple extension name change. Followed the instructions and it wouldn't let me change any name on any extension.
Merritt wasn't available so I called Tech Support. At first, it wouldn't work for them either, then Presto!
Thanks again Joe for helping me out.

- Tech Support
- Presto
