Did you ever have a customer that wanted to control what caller ID was transmitted when he placed a call? Of course many phone systems can customize outbound caller ID on a per handset basis but how about breaking it down to the caller appearance level. Allworx can transmit customized caller ID on a per call appearance basis! I have to admit I'm very impressed by it. Placing a call from call appearance 1 shows the customer the company main phone number; placing a call from call appearance 2 and the customer sees your personal DID. It's a pretty cool feature to be able to do that. We've been doing that for years on the NEC.
