One of my customers bought a Cisco 7941G phone off ebay, he asked me to set it up with an IP system we are going to (eventually) install for him. When I got the phone in my office I plugged it up and tried to configure it via both the phone settings button on the phone and the web interface..no luck.

The web interface won't let me make any changes and the settings under some of the tabs (including MOST importantly the Network settings) will not allow any changes (the page header "network configuration" has a lock icon displayed). My question here is: is there someway of defaulting the phone so I CAN make the required changes? I am installing the phone on a system using the Positron V-114 PCI card.
