I have several software issues with the Cisco Unified Personal Comunicator client.
1. One user's CUPC toolbar disappears randomly from Outlook 2007.
2. Contact Dialing - at least 2 users, myself included, are experiencing CUPCK9.exe lockup when dialing from the cupc toolbar in outlook. the call never starts. CUPCK9.exe freezes for about 20 seconds, and then has to be restarted.
All users are on Outlook 2007.
Anyone know much about the CUPC Presence client?

You guys might like this.
Problem number one was solved by unchecking "hide when minimized" in Outlook. He was starting up a new instance of Outlook every time he minimized and then wanted to open it back up. Therefore all addon toolbars did not initialize because they were running already in another instance of Outlook.
