I have a customer who has recently changed over to a Cisco VoIP system which has a C.O. Port for external paging .Can anyone recomend what type of interface I would need to tie that into there exiting paging equipment (TPU 250) Amplifier

Get a Bogen TAMB or TAMB2. That's what we've used.

tamb2 with power supply, used and tested. Work well.
