how long until a system is unpluuged will it lose all memory. Putting an axxess back into service after 2 years and I lose memory after powering down. The battery was replaced about 3 years ago

If the battery was left on for 3 years then yes it is dead, if not then you will need to turn battery on before you shut system down after programming. On your admin phone, normally 1st extension, it should tell you if battery is dead or not turned on.
