Is there an issue that would prevent users from printing to the "Unified Messaging Fax" printer without having administrative rights on their machine? We do not want users to have these rights but when they try to fax using that printer it does not work. The Inter-Tel Unified Messaging Print Manager comes up but that's it, they can go no further and clicking ok doesn't help. Normally you would see the name of a document in the "Current Fax:" field on the top of Inter-Tel Unified Messaging Print Manager, but without admin rights the field is blank.
They can however fax a file as an attachment through outlook. This doesn't help us though as they have to print a web page and fax it in our case.

unfortunately, UM requires the user to have Admin rights, even for the OB fax portion.
