If you do a lot of ugrades may already know which version can be updated to which other version off the top of your head . For me this typically means checking the release notes to figure out which version to install to get to the next step. I created this chart. I was just wondering if anyone else that did Shoretel upgrades would find it usefull, or if there was any errors. https://www.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?de7e3122e9.jpg ![[Linked Image from freeimagehosting.net]](https://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/th.de7e3122e9.jpg)

Matter of fact I just finished an upgrade for 10.2 to 11.1 this morning. I run a couple of upgrades a month, so I'm pretty aware of the direct upgrades. I would like to look at your document, it would be very helpful tool for some people. I can't download the image.

Good job, now to incorporate Contact Center and Confence bridge. I only have 3 customers now left on 7.5 or earlier Once 11.2 comes out, get to start a bunch more upgrades

Looks good, you should add the build of 9.2 in which you are able to move direct to 11.1 or can all 9.2 move to 11.1?? Don't have any customers on 9.2

I went by the build notes for 11.1, which says that all 9.2 builds can go directly to 11.1
The path to 11 says that you can upgrade directly from all 9.X releases, but I thought it would be too complicated and pointless to show how to upgrade to a controlled release.
basically I looked at the build notes for the last build and looked at the direct upgrade path. I have been doing a lot more Shoretel upgrades at my work and figured this would help me see at a glance the best and quickest path to an upgrade. I would still look at the release notes.
I am working on adding ECC builds. There are more stuff I had in mind but it would be hard to add too much and make it look good on an 8 /12 X 11 sheet.
