Still need help or information, as stated in my other requests, Why none of the extentions can place a CO call on hold, or SYSTEM HOLD. How can this be done, also 2nd question: No matter the programming changes, some extentions we can not establish RINGING for incomming lines. For Exp: Ring In: 1.1-10.6 or type "ALL" - also I have set this command for day & dight ring. Some work, some just don't ring ???

The phones may have ringing -ring tones- turned off. See your user guide for spcl 328 Ring Tones. Older versions don't have this feature.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
