I'm setting up a Nomad softphone in our office to train on and to Demo. I can get it to work with no problems on our local network. But Vertical installation guide doesn't shed much light on network setup for wan access. I'm using a D-link router, and I have a static DSL account. I,m looking for an outline for SBX/Router setup. Thanks..

You need to give the SBX its own public static ip or you have to port forward your router, but the public ip is the best way to go so you don't have to fight a firewall.

I have a Static IP range of xx.xx.xx.88-xx.xx.xx.95. I have assigned xx.xx.xx.93 to the VOIB card, and I have setup xx.xx.xx.93 in the DMZ on the router. My static public IP is xx.xx.xx.94. I can ping my public IP but I can't ping my VOIB card.

Did you set the NAT Firewall IP address of the Voip card?
