2 guys in my office both uninstalled and then installed Viewpiont again today. Custom install adding all folders and subfolders...
Rebooted after install.
Went to Control Panel> phones and modems...
Advanced tab, here is a list of TAPI apps.
Televantage was not there... click Add.
selected Televantage 2.0 Service Provider.
Clicked Add... his added and mine did not.
He can now open Viewpoint and Outlook and then click a contact in outlokk and hit the call button... His phone goes offhook and dials..Works.
Mine... can't add televantage provider..
Any Ideas.. Same OS (Win 7), same network, same firewall.etc..
