Admin was trying to record on-demand greeting. she doesnt remember how she did it.
now when you press the call back button on any phone you get the greeting she recorded and no matter what you press all you get is the time has expired
call in from the outside and pick the option set up for mailbox owner, prompted to enter the box.....after you do so all you get is the greeting she recorded.
i have no idea what this is and she doesnt know what she did
any help?

There is no on demand greeting, but there is an on demand ring mode. Maybe that got changed. It is changed by dialing trans/prog..07 and then 4. Messages are trans/program then 06 followed by greeting number. These instructions are in the use guide page 1-57.
It may also be possible that a system greeting was changed as well such as 088 which is the main control menu prompt.

thanks. just called in and used the voicemail owner option,,,,,,when i heard the greeting she recorded i press password, #...works
will rerecord 088
