We are planning to upgrade a client with an STS and InSkin up to an SBX with new InSkin. The STS InSkin is an original version (Scout) which has been trouble over the years. Does anyone know of any reason not to pursue this upgrade. We are trying to reuse the existing 3515's to save the client $ and want to be sure there are no drawbacks. Thank you.

The soft keys below the display won't work an ALL of the feature codes will change, but in general, the phones will work just fine. Don't forget that you'll need to transition the phones to connect to the outer pair on the KSU's jacks.

the button default is different so you will want to reprogram them to keep the familiarity.
