I have finally finished my MBX using IP phones and SIP trunks. A learning experience for sure. Everything seems to work well, but I did lose connection from the phones to the switch and the phones had to restart. I just reset the MBX. It was a one time deal so far, but curious if this has occured for anyone else yet. All the phones are on the same POE switch. Call traffic is very lite

So how do you like the MBX? I am Certified on the DXP, DXP-Plus, FXII and not sure about the MBX yet. How does it compare to the predecessors?

I am too new to the Vertical product to give you an accurate comparison. I came from an Avaya and Nortel background and picked up Vertical as an additional product. I will give it a positive rating, but I can see there are some necessary improvements to be made. It is a typical first generation product that should improve greatly over time.
