Has anyone had the privilege of installing the ez phone application on the mbx yet? I have tried to turn on the trial version with no luck. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support and they are still working on it.

I have installed this on 5 pc at the only MBX I have. I dont think they are even using it though. When it is running and they have it minimized and they are working on another program on there pc if the phone rings and they hit enter it will answer the call. I have installed ez phone on a few sbx's and I just dont like it. Maybe if I have never seen viewpoint I would be a bigger fan.

Also be sure you are installing the deluxe version. And Toni in tech support is the only one I think knows about ezphone on MBX.

All the apps need updating to be really useful. I tried the EZ phone demo on the Sbx and was less then impressed. Nomad's OK, but still clunky.
I could sell a lot more systems if they had an iphone/android app!

I think one is coming for the MBX.

[/b]It depends what day and what mood you catch her in, but I honestly can forgive the less than stellar customer service skills for the correct and direct answer to a question.

I could sell a lot more systems if they had an iphone/android app! Have you looked at the Ipitomy product? It has free app's you can download for the iphone/ipad and droid products that make your iphone/ipad/droid an extension. It works really good. Paul
