How do I enable a port on the single line card? I have 2 of 8 configured and working. I would like 1 more. Thanks

What do you get now? Just station dial tone? Nothing? More info please. As default you should at least get station dial tone, then you will have to give the port outgoing access.

I don't know what version you are using but I will presume that you are a late enough version to use DB Studio. I suspect that you need to go to System/Cabinets, double click the card that you wish to activate a port on, and finally select single line from the drop down menu that appears when you click on the port that you wish to add. I believe the default for this field to be none. Next click on the extension number field to set the extension number. After setting these field you should at least have dial tone. Now go to System/Devices and Feature Codes/Stations to finish up. Copy a similar, working station's settings for fields you are unsure of.
