We have a customer, a non-profit, that is looking to upgrade from an old Comdial FXT to a new system as things keep going wrong. We're looking at proposing an MBX for their office with 50+ phones and voicemail.
Our big question that Vertical hasn't been able to answer yet is if the voicemail is able to play either English or Spanish prompts based upon an initial AA selection, ("To continue in English Press 1, For Spanish Press 2").
Has anyone encountered this situation yet or knows for a fact that the voicemail can do this? Any insights are helpful and time is against us unfortunately.
Thanks. CMM

Just an update for anyone else that may run into the situation in the future. Charles at Vertical has confirmed that this is possible to do using the Multiple Language Selection feature and Announcement tables in PGM 259.
We have not implemented this as of yet, but if we get the chance I'll document the steps and make another posting.
