Hi guys, I'm having an issue with a station group that won't overflow to a voice mail box. Tech. Support says to download the latest software on V.connect.Where is that located on V.connect and what version is it?, I can't seem to find it.

Login into vconnect, click on the products tab on the left and select MBX. When the next screen loads the options will be on the right. Select software download, the latest software is 1.7cd.
