cwheat5 Member Joined: May 2012 Posts: 23 Oklahoma	Hey, hopefully you can help me out with a seemingly simple problem. I need to deny stations 100 and 102 from gaining access to CO 3. It has to do with COS, right? Could you explain your answer in "pcadmin" terms Speaking of pcadmin, can somebody tell me how to come up with a user manual for pcadmin. I have this huge 300 page manual for the SBX 320, but its all station base programming, which is pretty much useless to me. Thanks

It is formatted primariliy for keyset programming, but all you need to do is look up the PGM code in PCAdmin and go from there. For complex setups (SIP trunks, networking, etc.) there are some additional tech tips that should walk you through the PCAdmin setup with screen shots, but it may require calling support to get the better versions.
