Hello everyone, I just installed my first MBX and it went pretty smoothly. Apparently I am having problems with my forward calls setup though. This is a doctor's office, so in the evening time they need the option of forwarding calls to the on-call doctor. So I have set up a night time CCR table with digit 1 directing calls to station 101 which is in unconditional forward mode to the on call doctor's cell phone. My problem is, for whatever reason when the caller gets connected via the forwarded station, the call gets dropped in about 10 seconds. Any idea on what to check on? Thanks!

Calls are dropping while in progress? You do have external forwarding privileges enabled for the phones? What is the co-co transfer timer set at? pgm 220 button 1

Evidently calls are being dropped while in progress after 10 seconds or so. This is all based on user feedback, so until I get there tomorrow I won't know the exact nature of the problem. Like you have stated my initial thought was there was some sort of timer that needs adjusting, just didn't know where I'll check that PGM out tomorrow, thank you Derrick
