Hello, I've installed an MBX and one of the digits in my CCR is being forwarded to a station in which the station is in unconditional forward mode to dial out to an external cell phone. Anyway, during this process the caller will hear themselves being disconnected, then hear dial tone for about 2 seconds, then be reconnected to the outside cell number. Well, is there a way to get rid of this dial tone in between the transfer so that the caller doesn't become confused and hang up before they realize they this is just the process of being connected to this outside cell number.
