We are finding that Unified Messaging is unreliable when retrieving voicemails into Outlook. Every so often, Outlook will say "Lost communication with Unified Messaging server" and then voicemails will stop appearing in Outlook. After 2-3 days, they may start working again. Our faxing in Outlook appears to work. Anyone have troubleshooting tips for this? Most of our clients are running Outlook 2003 on Win2K or XP, and we are using Unified Messaging 2.212 .

Obvious question, but is the network stable? Had issues recently at a customers site with a wireless network using same frequency as another company was using - signal would cancel and then drop the networks, sometimes for quite a long while.

I got and new sales rep yesterday and he was talking about the very issue. He said a bug fix version was out or come out soon. Now this was from a "sales rep" so take it for what it is worth, but I think it is known to Intertel and they are trying to fix it.
